This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 17.04.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.19 of 2015 in M.C.No.10 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mancherial. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 20.10.2016 and 27.10.2016.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
