This criminal petition is filed under Sections 48O & 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') :by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking enlargement on bail, in Crime No.2185 of 2O21lSC.No.617 of 2023 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate,
Ii registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3O2 rlw 115, 12Ob of the IPC and Section 25(1) of the Arms Act. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that, on 27.LO.2021, the police on credible information regarding that some persons are present with deadly weapons in Scorpio vehicle in the open near Eadgah at Hassan Nagar had rushed to the spot and found two persons with Scorpio vehicle and registered a case against the accused persons for the above said offences. 3.
Heard Sri Mohd Nasecr Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was remanded to the judicial custody on 10.11 .2025 on the execution of NBW against him and he is ready to cooperate with the trial and he has to attend other cases pending against him. Hence, he prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition. 5.
On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the sie I -.. .t:l
petitioner stating that the petitioner is a rowdy sheeter and total 34 cases are pending against him including 302 offences and prayed to dismiss this petition.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel and the material on record and also the Criminal history of the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest, in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of three (O3) months.
