HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35347 OF 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not conducting the survey of land admeasuring Ac.5.00 cents situated at Sy.Nos.190, 190/A, 194 and 194/B of Appareddipalli Village, Madgula Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, despite the application submitted by the petitioner on 7.8.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 4th respondent to conduct the survey of the subject land of the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to deal with the application/representation dated 7.8.2018 of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land of the petitioner, as early as possible taking into consideration the circulars issued from time to time, preferably within a period of three to four months from today, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all the concerned, in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
