This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed challenging the docket order, dated 03.12.2012, in I.A.No.513 of 2008 in I.A.No.130 of 2008 in O.S.No.626 of 2008 on the file of the VII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the Court below marked the document as Ex.R.10 subject to objection raised by the counsel for the petitioner as it is a new document and not pertaining to the subject matter. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of ecourts shows that the main suit in O.S.No.626 of 2008 itself was dismissed by the Court below on 31.03.2011.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
