HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.212 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.77 of 2012 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, and transfer the same to the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to try along with O.S.No.644 of 2012 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
