HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33039 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.1, in allegedly interfering with the civil litigation between the petitioner and respondent No.4 in respect of the suit schedule property covered by suit in O.S.No.350 of 2006, this Writ Petition is filed.

The allegation in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition is that respondent No.1 (Station House Officer Sirvel Police Station, Kurnool District) is summoning the petitioner to police station and interfering with the civil disputes pending between him and respondent No.4 despite pendency of suit, and threatened with dire consequences if he continue to cultivate the subject land.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on written instructions from respondent No.1, would submit that, as on date, no complaint whatsoever was registered or received against the petitioner on the file of the Sirvel Police Station, Kurnool District; at no point of time, had he summoned the petitioner to the police station nor has he threatened as alleged in the writ affidavit; and he had never interfered with the subject land.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
