HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.504 of 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.6921 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016.

On 21.06.2016, this Court had recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that the order, complained of, has been complied with, however, with some delay.

On 22.08.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed a week thereafter under the caption 'for Judgment'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Though there is some delay, the order, complained of, has since been complied with, I see no reason to continue the contempt case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
