Mr. N. Praveen Reddy, learned counsel holding for Mr. V. Manohar Rao, Advocate on record for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings seeking declaration in respect of the land in dispute and then seek compensation, if he proves that he is the owner of the said land. The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
