HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO SECOND APPEAL No.916 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellants/ defendants, aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 13.10.2016 in A.S.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, where under learned Judge confirmed the judgment and decree dated 02.04.2014 in O.S.No.172 of 2010 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthi, East Godavari District.

Heard both sides at length.

There are no any substantial questions of law involved to admit the Second Appeal against the concurrent findings of the Courts below well considered including with reference to the earlier judgment dated 30.12.2009 in O.S.No.9 of 2009 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Anparthy, thereby, the Second Appeal is disposed of before admission by granting six months time to vacate the subject property, failing which the respondent herein is entitled to execute the decree of trial Court for all purposes. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
