HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO WRIT PETITION No.12547 of 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests submits that the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.69 Environment, Forests, Science and Technology (FOR I) and the same was published in Gazette No.16, Hyderabad dated 05.08.2022 framing new rules. The petitioner has to make a fresh application for grant of license pursuant to the above G.O.

2. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to submit fresh application for grant of license as per G.O.Ms.No.69 dated 05.08.2022. As soon as the application is submitted, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
