THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35338 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 31.10.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Karimnagar District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the said instructions no complaint has been received so far from the petitioner herein. It is further stated that if the petitioner approaches the third respondent, along with the complaint, necessary action will be taken as per law.

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to file a complaint before the respondents for necessary action.

Recording the above submissions, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file a complaint before the third respondent for necessary action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
