THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42541 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the petitioner's professional duties as an Advocate, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents not to interfere with his professional duties including his arrest in connection with Crime No.109 of 2016 of Bantumilli Police Station, Krishna District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, produced written instructions wherein it is stated that the police have never prevented the petitioner from discharging his professional duties as lawyer and that the petitioner has not been made an accused in Crime No.109 of 2016.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
