THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN C.R.P.No.3142 of 2017 ORDER:

The short grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is that the execution petition filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of within a short span of time.

2. Heard Mr. Srinivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though the petitioner has not very clearly stated what he wanted, in the memorandum of grounds of civil revision petition, it appears that he merely wants the execution petition to be disposed of at an early date. Therefore, considering the limited nature of the grievance made, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the execution petition, after hearing both the parties, within a period of two moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN 7th July, 2017 Js.
