Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

The petitioner has assailed in this Writ Petition the order dt.21.08.2018 suspending petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization.

Admittedly, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Joint Collector against the said order.

Granting liberty to petitioner to avail the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
