ORDER:

This appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 15.04.2013, in I.A.No.679 of 2012 in O.S.No.8 of 2011 on the file of the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Sri G.L.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 09.03.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein he has informed that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and that therefore, the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal and seek permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellants

reiterated the contents of the said letter.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
