This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.127 of 2014 on the file of Thotlavalluru Police Station, Vijayawada City.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the case was ended in acquittal on 31.05.2016 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
