When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved, as pension was sanctioned to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 07.02.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
