THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17895 OF 2011 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent/Assistant Commissioner in not administering oath of office of secrecy by the petitioners as Trustees as per the orders of the 1st respondent vide memo dated 04.06.2011, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court at the time of admission on 30.06.2011 granted interim order directing the 2nd respondent to administer oath of office to the petitioners pursuant to the orders dated 04.06.2011 of the 1st respondent within the stipulated time.
Now, by virtue of interim order on 30.06.2011 the relief sought in the writ petition worked out and the term of office of petitioners for which they were appointed also expired, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
