Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition No.iii of paragraph No.6 imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15873 of 2025 dated 09.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
