Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed and petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal and petitioners-accused Nos. 2 and 3 shall report before the S.H.O. concerned daily at 10.00 AM until further orders.
