Learned Special Government Pleader for State Tax prays for the matter to be taken up after a week to seek instructions so far as the contention of the petitioner that much before the issuance of show-cause notice itself, the petitioner had rectified the mistake and paid the required tax on 07.08.2023 i.e. much before the showcause notice itself was issued if that be so, what would be the effect of the same.
