THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35433 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.43388 of 2017 by way of an Order, dated 20.12.2017. A copy of the same is filed along with the Writ Petition as material papers.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, directing the Writ Petition to make an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Warangal (2nd respondent) enclosing thereto a Fixed Deposit Receipt for Rs.68,000/- (Rupees sixty eight thousand only) drawn in favour of the 2nd respondent on any nationalized bank; and, on such application being made by the petitioner, the subject stock shall be given to the interim custody of the petitioner. Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 20.12.2017, in W.P.No.43388 of 2017 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
