WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate P SHIV KUMAR presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue the 2nd Respondent a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF I\4ANDAIVUS, declaring the action of the 2''d Respondent in entertaining and registering the document titled as "Cancellation of Gift Deed" dated 21 .03.2017 bearing doc. No.2714120'1 7 executed by and among the Respondent Nos.3 to 6 as illegal and contrary to the Rule 26(i)(k) of the A.P. Rules under the Registration Act, 1908 and consequently set aside the Regd. Cancellation of Gift Deed dated 21.03.2017 bearing document No.271412017 and the Regd. Gift Settlement Deed dated 30.11.

2017 bearing doc. No.14331/2017 executed by the 3'd Respondent in favour of 5th Respondent in the interest of justice. AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon heanng the arguments of Sri P SHIV KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

Having regard to the fact that the cancellation of Gift Deed came to be made unilaterally after the demise of Aluwala Adi Narayana, without any order of the Court, status guo obtaining as on today with regard to the property in dispute shall be maintained until further orders.
