THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20468 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges opening and continuing of rowdy sheet by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as arbitrary and illegal.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, basing on instructions submits that rowdy sheet impugned in the Writ Petition was closed in the year 2015.

This Court is of the view that it is for this reason, the petitioner is not coming forward to work out the prayer. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
