The grievance of the petitioner was that the Agent to Government/District Collector, West Godavarti District, was not rectifying the mistake which had crept in the schedule in the order dated 16.05.2015 passed in S.R.A.No.6/2008/F2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, stated that no IA was

filed by the petitioner seeking such rectification of the schedule. Though a copy of the IA said to have been filed is placed on record, there is no indication of the same having been received in the office of the Agent to Government/District Collector, West Godavari District.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application seeking rectification of the schedule in the order dated 16.05.2015 passed in S.R.A.No.6/2008/F2 by the Agent to Government/District Collector, West Godavari District. In the event such an application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate action shall be taken in the matter expeditiously.
