Bhatt) Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for the appellants submits that the relief sought for in this Writ Appeal is similar to that raised in Writ Appeal No. 1604 of 2018, which was allowed in part on 6.12.2018.

2. By adopting the same reasoning, Writ Appeal No. 1649 of 2018 is disposed of. The registry is directed to append a copy of order in W.A. No. 1604 of 2018 to this order.
