At the hearing, the learned Asst.Govt.Pleader for Home (AP) has confirmed the information given by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the previous hearing that the alleged detenu was traced and her custody was handed over to her father.

In the light of the above subsequent events, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and the writ petition is accordingly closed.
