THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.10461 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.146 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.277 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable u/ Sec.498-A of IPC and u/ sec.3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the report of the 1st respondent-defacto-complainant.

Both the parties along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences supra.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No.4 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Crl.P.No.10461 of 2018 is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.146 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The petitioners/ A.1 to 5 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
