THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9084 of 2017 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Shanti Sri appearing on behalf of Mr.K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.6 & 7 submit that there was an amicable understanding between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 & 7 and to that effect a memorandum of understanding was also filed before the 4th respondent and both the counsel submit that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the said memorandum of understanding filed by the parties and pay the compensation accordingly.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the memorandum of understanding filed by the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 & 7 and disburse the compensation in terms thereof if there are no other rival claims. The interim direction granted on15.03.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.11261 of 2017 shall stand vacated. No costs.

Consequently, Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed.
