HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30687 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the official respondents to prepare the final seniority list in the category of Chief Medical Officer/Superintendent/Regional Deputy Director in the Unani Department and declare the seniority of the petitioner vis-à-vis respondent No.3, as per Rule 33 of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the provisional seniority list, dated 27.04.2016, was issued showing him as junior to respondent No.3, though he is senior to respondent No.3 and therefore, he filed objections to the same on 07.05.2016, but as on today, the seniority list is not finalized. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the objections, dated 07.05.2016, of the petitioner filed to the seniority list, dated 27.04.2016, and take action accordingly within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J September 12, 2017 MD
