THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P. No.26817 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the 2nd respondent is not receiving the petitioner's application dt.02.08.2016 for grant of permission for making construction. 2 Sri N.Praveen Kumar, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that there is no procedure for receiving the application for construction manually and that only online applications would be received.

3. Counsel for the petitioner states that even online application is not been accepted by the respondents.

4. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent shall receive the petitioner's application for construction permission, along with the accompanying papers physically, process the same and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
