For the purpose of establishing the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, the lands of private persons were acquired. According to the petitioner the land belonging to the family of the petitioner was also acquired. Petitioner was allotted rehabilitation R.No.83 vide proceedings dated 11.08.1996. The case of the petitioner is that he was given an impression that employment would be provided to him at appropriate time. Recently, petitioner came to know that by making false representation 7th respondent secured employment in the name of petitioner and having come to know that illegally 7th respondent secured employment, petitioner made a complaint on 17.01.2017. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in not acting upon the complaint, this writ petition is filed. 2.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner is acted upon and a notice was issued by the Joint Collector calling upon the petitioner to appear before him, with all the supporting documents.

Since the process is already set in motion, no further orders need to be passed at this stage. It is for the petitioner to satisfy the Joint Collector-4th respondent, about his claim and on considering the documents submitted by the petitioner, the 4th respondent shall take further course of action as warranted by law. 4.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
