THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16050 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in removing the baddi shop allegedly put up without obtaining any permission from the C.S.I Church situated at Edupugallu Village, Kankipadu Mandal in Krishna District.

The petitioner states that she is a member of the C.S.I Church. The photographs filed along with the Writ Petition clearly show that the so called shop was located within the premises of the Church. If that is so, it is for the Church and the Managing Committee to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for removal of the shop. The officials have nothing to do with the removal of the shop, which is located within the premises of the Church. Otherwise also, no relief can be granted at the instance of a member of the Church without the Church itself filing a case.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed at the admission stage. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
