Heard Sri CVLN Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.Dhananjay, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.
In these Revision Petitions, the petitioners have questioned the orders dt.10-07-2014 rejecting E.A.No.92 of 2012 and E.A.No.1054 of 2012 in E.P.No.668 of 2008 in O.S.No.880 of 1993 of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal. 3.
The Court below has dismissed E.A.No.1054 of 2012 filed to reopen E.A.No.92 of 2012 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the E.P. schedule property.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection, if the Revision Petitions are allowed and both E.A.No.92 of 2012 and E.A.No.1054 of 2012 were allowed. 5.
In view of the said submission, both these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed and the orders dt.10-07-2014 in E.A.No.92 of 2012 and E.A.No.1054 of 2012 in E.P.No.668 of 2008 in O.S.No.880 of 1993 are set aside and both the E.As. are allowed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
