Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the power supply to the petitioner building in Plot No.B4, H.No.7-1-2/ H, Begumpet, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered in W.P.No.27081 of 2017, vide order dated 11.08.2017.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.08.2017, passed in W.P.No.27081 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
