It arises out of the order dated.05-10-2015 passed in I.A.No.383 of 2015 in R.A.No.145 of 2015 on the file of the court of Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 05-01-2018 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
