None appears on behalf of the appellants. Perused the proceedings dated 14.10.2022. On that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. It is also evident from the proceedings dated 15.09.2022 and 22.09.2022 that there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Finally on 14.10.2022, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.10.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal' i.e., today. Hence, presence or representation on behalf of the appellant is felt essential to proceed further. In the absence of proper representation on behalf of appellants, I do not find any merit to adjourn the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
