This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.236 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate (Special Mobile Court), Nellore, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
