THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6295 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner while working as a Field Assistant with the District Water Management Agency, Vizianagaram, has been subjected to disciplinary action, which resulted in an order passed on 06.08.2014 terminating the petitioner's engagement as a Field Assistant. It appears, an appeal has been presented to the District Collector there against by the petitioner on 09.10.2014. Though, six months period has already elapsed, no orders are stated to have been passed and hence, the present writ petition is instituted. The second respondent shall deal with the appeal said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 09.10.2014 on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of this order and dispose it of by assigning appropriate reasons for his conclusion. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of, after hearing the learned Government Pleader.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand closed. No costs.
