HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.552 of 2017 JUDGMENT :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

There is nothing illegality in the order dated 07.10.2014 passed by the District Collector, Krishna, Machilipatnam in E.C.P.No.339 of 2013 and the modified order of the learned Sessions Judge, Krishna Division, Machilipatnam Judge, in E.C.Appeal No. 162 of 2014, dated 15.12.2016, so far as the order for confiscation of the percentage of the seized rice and imposing of penalty concerned, but for to reduce from 25% to 20% of the seized stock to confiscate or its value.
