HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6298 of 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of 2nd respondent in interfering with the civil matters pertaining to the Masjid land admeasuring Ac.0.11 cents in Sy.No.348 situated at Perusomula village, Sanjamala Mandal, Kurnool District.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the written instructions, submits that the police never interfered with the civil dispute as alleged in the petition. It is also denied that the police are sending the staff to Masjid, by supporting the respondent Nos.3 to 6 to proceed with the illegal constructions. No complaint was received from the petitioner as well as from respondents 3 to 6 on the file of the 2nd respondent police station.

3. In view of the above submissions, no orders are necessary in the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
