HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3147 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.2 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Crime No.163 of 2014 of Wadapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 420, 468, 471, 472 and 506 read with 149 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that as there is no stay, the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 30.07.2015 and the same is registered as C.C.No.1452 of 2015. 3.

In view of the same, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the present criminal petition. Consequently, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
