HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9050 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.1 & 3 under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.268 of 2016 of Jadcherla Police Station, Mahaboobnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 323, 504 and 506 r/w.34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioners are that they along with the other accused attacked the de facto complainant and his family members and caused grievous injuries to them, due to some civil disputes.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent of offences alleged against them and they were falsely implicated in the case.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this petition by submitting that the offences alleged against the petitioners are serious in nature.

In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
