ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 20.11.2015, in I.A.No.1519 of 2015 in O.S.No.167 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli.

At the hearing, Mr. G.V.S.Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the filing of the present Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner has filed a separate leave application which was returned by a separate endorsement.

In view of this subsequent event, the cause on which the present Civil Revision Petition is filed has become infructuous. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the later event, he shall be free to avail a fresh legal remedy.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.581 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
