This Criminal Revision Case preferred against the Order dated 17.02.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2010 in M.C.No.2 of 2004 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.

02. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and as such the matter has become infructuous.

03. The same is recorded.

04. In view of the above submission, nothing survives to proceed with this Criminal Revision Case and the same is liable to be dismissed.

05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
