THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.5475 of 2015 ORDER:
By way of this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., A.14 in C.C.No.2493 of 2014 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, seeks quashing of the proceedings therein.
Notice having been ordered, Sri N.Subba Rao, learned counsel, entered appearance for respondents 2 and 3, the complainants. This Court is now informed that Crl.P.No.16104 of 2014 filed by A.1 to A.9 in C.C.No.2493 of 2014 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, for quashing of the proceedings therein has already been allowed by this Court. Sri M.Koteshwar Rao, learned counsel representing Sri N.Subba Rao, learned counsel, also concedes this aspect. He further states that he has no objection to the present criminal petition being allowed on the same lines.
In that view of the matter, the criminal petition is allowed quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.2493 of 2014 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in so far as A.14 therein is concerned.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
