Sri Salloori Ramesh, learned counsel on behalf of CRS Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 07.08.2017 to the Registry to list this Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as the matter has been settled outside the Court in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 12.07.2017. Accordingly, it is listed today. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the order dated 22.07.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P. No. 26249 of 2013 shall stand dissolved automatically.
