THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.11671 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} After putting forth her submissions for some time, Ms. V.Uma Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, instead of adjudicating the petitioner's claim on merits, it would suffice if the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's representation for payment of the amounts due in instalments. Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent, would submit that, in case any such representation is made, the respondent-Bank would examine the same in accordance with law.

In view of the submission now made by Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, learned counsel for the first respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
