This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the orders dated 22.11.2016 passed in IA No.658 of 2016 in OS No.290 of 2016 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. Heard both sides. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondents submits that his clients intends to withdraw IA No.658 of 2016 in OS No.290 of 2016 and sought permission of this court to permit the respondents herein (plaintiffs in OS No.290 of 2016) to file a fresh application seeking the same relief.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents herein, the order dated 22.11.2016 passed in IA No.658 of 2016 in OS No.290 of 2016 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, will go automatically.

4. The civil revision petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a liberty to the respondents herein to file a fresh application seeking the same relief. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
