THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7713 & 7714 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.7348 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner and the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant of C.C.No.914 of 2017 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Suryapet, taken cognizance for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7713 and 7714 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
